What began as a straightforward project evolved into an exploration of how design could embody Tricap Investments’ vision for a new global hub at Dublin Airport.
Following its acquisition of a key landholding within the Western Campus — designated in the 2006 Dublin Airport Local Area Plan (DALAP) as the core aviation development zone and site for a third terminal — a refreshed vision was required, as the Plan had expired.
KPMG Ireland’s planning unit, “Future Analytics,” and Henry J Lyons Architects developed the conceptual plans, drawings, and planning reviews. We led the branding and visual assets that shaped the final look and feel of the plan and its associated communications materials.
