Record Fairs United — dropping the needle on a bold new look.

Development
While reviewing a college brief my wife was working on at FET College (Arts Department), I was struck by the opportunity to revisit a similar design problem — this time with over a decade of professional experience behind me. The brief focused on reimagining the brand identity for Record Fairs United.
It prompted a simple but meaningful question: how would I approach the same challenge today compared to when I was a student?
What began as curiosity evolved into a disciplined exploration of brand strategy, visual systems, and identity development. The project became less about comparison and more about growth — measuring creative maturity, decision-making, and conceptual depth developed over 10+ years in the industry.
This work represents a thoughtful re-examination of fundamentals: research, concept, craft, and execution — applied with the perspective of experience.
